J'Mour IT is a one-person operation serving small and medium businesses in the Netherlands. I work directly with you — no account managers, no handoffs, no surprises.

My approach is simple: clear scope, fixed quotes, direct communication, and documented handover. You always know what you're getting and who's doing the work.

How I work

Clear scope. We agree on what success looks like before any work starts. No vague deliverables or open-ended timelines.

Fixed quotes. You know the cost upfront. If I underestimated, that's on me — not you.

Direct communication. You talk to the person doing the work. Updates are regular and honest — including when things don't go as planned.

Documented handover. You get full documentation of everything built. No black boxes, no vendor lock-in, no dependency on me to make changes later.

What I won't do

I won't sell you solutions you don't need. I won't use enterprise buzzwords to justify unnecessary complexity. I won't disappear after go-live.
